WTF!  Benevolent forces were at work there. You can spot an ORB in the "meteor's" tail right before it made its 180 turn. Antimatter command or not? I don't know. But we can thank our Sentinel Protectors. Did the same occurrence happen in Hawaii on Saturday January 13, 2018 with the false ballistic missile alert? Observation satellites will know.
