Quoting: A1Janitor A few days ago the Superintendent of the Naval Academy, Vice Admiral Ted Carter Jr. granted my son the waiver. They grant about ten per year. Sometime next week, my son will accept his appointment and become a plebe in June. The waiting for my son and me was horrible. Congratulations! I am a Christian.
