I’m on keto and it’s simple with high fat. No hunger.
I eat between one and 7
Sometimes one big meal a day.
I always stay less than 20 net carbs. Always more than 150 grams of fat and always more than 135 grams of protein.
65 -75 percent fat 25-35 percent protein 5-10 percent carbs (from vegetables - spinach, broccoli and avacado)
**the key to keto are electrolytes. I take a teaspoon a day of sea salt. Potassium, calcium and magnesium supplementation as well.
