People who work in an office, not getting their hands dirty, mostly working on the phone are exactly secretaries.

And sure as fuck don't deserve a 10k bonus.

None of which actually do real work. It's all tapping away at a computer or talking on a phone. So when did the actual hard workers who do labor and produce goods become so much less valuable than people talking on a phone or using a computer program to do the work for them? Take an engineer or designer, take away their computer and what do you have? A useless guy sitting there who can do nothing of value to anyone. So who has more value to a company? The guy who's in the field & can do x number of jobs per day or x number of tasks on a single job, or the guy who's in the office who sells/designs etc the projects that keep 100 of the first guy working each day?
