He is rewarded for using his head and/or body to make a large sum of money. THAT is what capitalism is all about. He made his life and lifestyle by his choices and dedicated work which included high risk of loss as a downside. And at the end of the fiscal year you want to punish him for making good choices and helping to capitalize other businesses (which includes helping to create jobs at said businesses) Then you REALLY are some kind of fuckin stupid that has no hope of redemption (which is why you are struggling or living in misery in your life).
