Sexual activity means any sexual relations including (containing or part of) homo sexual relations.

The word "include" and "including" means a part or member of the greater whole or to contain. The word "include" can be a partial list of component or members and doesn't exclude member or part that is not mentioned. For example, "my car includes a radio." The car engine is not mentioned and cannot be excluded component.

What is mentioned after the word "include" cannot be excluded except when there is an "or." Then is a possible what the item contains. "Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, or sausage.

If you read this sentence, the car doesn't contain a radio and substitute it with engine, then you are read Some of the people will read the car description and exclude the "radio" and fill in engine.

If there is no homosexual relationship in the sexual relationship, then it doesn't meet the definition of sexual activity.
