It's caused cancer to spread like wildfire. My suggestion is if you have problems with weight and potential diabetic issues/problems; try the small meal approach. You need real sugars. Those that God has put into fruits and Veggies. Eat small portions like 5 to 6 times a day. Cut out ALL BREADS and CARBS. IF you do this, you will lost weight. I was up to 200 pounds and I use to be 140. I'm 5 foot 7. I figured out it was all the artificial and carbs that were killing me. Now i'm back down to 155 in only 9 months. This is the key people |

If you aren't losing weight...EAT LESS! if you still don't lose weight ...EAT LESS if you don't understand this, then you are too stupid to lose weight so dish up another bowl of ice cream and enjoy it. THIS IS THE ONLY TRUTH OF IT. It doesn't matter what diet you follow or what exercise program you are on. READ ABOVE AND FOLLOW IT. PERIOD. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 76124125 United States 02/11/2019 05:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | sodium triggers the dopamine response in the brain...it's the brain's internal reward currency of feeling the need to repeat the behavior, such as eating potato chips because no one can eat just one, yaknow? break your addition to sodium and you break your addiction to any food it's laced in. cocaine and heroine addicts don't create new addictions in the brain, they simply borrow your salt addiction pathway. the lack of sodium in food is why people don't like raw vegetables. place salt on them and bingo, you're addicted to them the same way a crack addict is to crack. trying to cut calories and nothing more is pure hell and cannot be sustained as long as you keep triggering the dopamine response in your brain that tells you to "do it again" until all the dopamine receptors are filled. hard to stop doing something the brain doesn't want stopped.
