OP is correct.

I just started looking at labels for sodium 2 weeks ago & I couldn't believe my eyeballs!

Not only is it in everything...it's in massive amounts as well!

So far I've found low levels in fruit, oatmeal, and coco wheats...that's it so far...but I'm still looking!
