Well. What is loyalty? Definition: Loyalty, in general use, is a devotion and faithfulness to a nation, cause, philosophy, country, group, or person. Philosophers disagree on what can be an object of loyalty, as some argue that loyalty is strictly interpersonal and only another human being can be the object of loyalty. It seems like loyalty can be confused as an expectation. Employers expect their employees to be loyal because they pay them, but that limits (and cheapens) loyalty to money. If you are loyal to something, it's because you choose to be. Not because someone expects it. |

You stay late, do extra and then for beibg seven minutes late three times you get fired. Or fired without notice at any time but demand two weeks notice or they talk shit. Employers are slavers. They use you. Then if you are useful enough they resent you leaving. But never would dream of giving you a raise or promotion. In fact promotion without a pay raise is "trending". Sure it is. Meh |

A system setup to be a cast. It's not allowed for an employee to be "better" than the boss. People at the top will sacrifice money and employees to maintain this illusion. When people work together to solve a common goal they should always out perform the individual. Game theory was lost to greed long ago. |
