You'll have to find something so incredibly simple you can duel process and daydream while you dig or write computer code between news reports.

This is the dynamic balance I've adopted for my work (fundraising schemes, tech innovation, IPR, regional politics).

I spend most of my work days on GLP and develop & process my ideas in the background. I may fire off a few emails or make some calls, but most of my time is spent on GLP.

When it comes to the crunch time, the ideas have pretty much matured and I do 12 h days to implement them. At first, I used to get stressed over having done nothing for the projects, but now I know I can trust my brain to come up with the necessary ideas before the deadline.

I spent 25 years in the IT industry, working for the worst shitheads I ever saw, as managers. Top ten multi billion dollar companies have even worse scum running them. Additionally, most children (islamists predominately) are born into reliigons they cannot escape, and cults they can't get out of. It is rare for a child to be born to upright good folk with no allegiences to lodge or other body.

So, when you are born into a coffin, a cult, such as I wand my friends were, well, you have to lie still, That cult will kill you, shun you, ruin your life. Your pain means nothig to them, nothing at all.

Thus, in that situation, you may have to endure their shit for your whole life, maybe even having some culty marriage they shackled you into, and so you are 25+ before the cult can actually be fought.

This pattern is not rare. Many in their pre-30s have just begun to escape their babycult of their youth. No islamist can ever leave they will be killed if they do, for example.

Thus, having compassion for the individual, is needed.

The majority of jobs out there require workers to do what they're told - independent thinking is not required or wanted by most employers.

It depends on your emotional state. Some intellects enjoy the area of their genius and others are lazy, and complex thought requires real energy and concentration...my first lesson as a genius, in the 6th grade, was recognizing that the more you are capable of deep thought, the more effort you must put forth...

There is a strong desire to tell people that by not working, they dont deserve to eat,. Slavers think that way. Jesus did not, he fed people who did not work for him, lazy bums lol.

The real tragedy of my whole life in work, was that we did not form true friendships, we who worked, because we knew we were all slaves, and so the relationships are feeble, and not what one can base a nation on.

Any ideas on how to hmm, maybe rotate these kids through different jobs, so thy can find something they like? Eventually folks like you are gonna have to get even softer on the hard edges, because these kids will work for carrot but they will not work for stick. ;)

Not sure what you are seeing in me, but I have never lost sight of my goals...I'm firm on some rules and walk the line on others, but I do not cross that line.

I introduced my kids to as many different interests as possible and they settled into careers, the older two, that they tolerate for good money...chasing your dreams can be risky, some enjoy stability.
