Me too. Doesn't make it any easier to tell yourself you're unwanted. So what do we do? Do we build a shack in the woods and make letter bombs? Do we break man's laws and take it anyway? What?
First of all, disconnect to this world. You aren't a part of it anyway. Get away from people for days if possible. Don't focus on memories or future. Just be. Listen to nature. See how it gets its food, shelter and happiness. Become THAT. Depend on everything besides yourself. You'll find your weaknesses. Avoid those things from now on. Yoir dependence on those things will get you killed or cause your "crazy" voice to kill you itself. Separate. Stay that way. Become your own best friend. Survive in any situation. Never forget you can.

Ask yourself... "What would a Gene Hackman character do?"

Start praying to God. Ask him to give you strength to lift you up. He knows your situation. You have to get mad in a good way and want to fight though. It starts within. Where there is a will there is a way.. with God as your redeemer. Believe, have faith. Never say die. The only way to not succeed is if you quit. So be determined and persistent.. and remember to seek God deep within to help lead you out of the trials and tribulations you face.

The one thing that I know always works is to never give up.

I have to agree on this one. Dress well, even if you get your stuff from a thrift shop. Walk with pride and good posture - to the best of your ability. Learn to code and acquire a physical/construction skill to the best of your ability. Associate with people of all ages and try to bring joy to their lives. Act like a winner and trust that you are, regardless of the past. Trauma is bad, but letting it own you is worse.
