Russia rebuilding a presence in the very north, China building ghost cities in the upper northern areas and now packing them with food, supplies and special forces with their families. Great Britain constructing huge "compounds" in the African interior...away from the coasts.
Even the USA moving it's government headquarters (and huge power transformers) to the mile high city of Denver Co. The Vatican moving the treasures and secrets from the vaults at St. Peter's to man-made caves high in the mountains of Germany.

What do they know that we are not being told?

Another thing or two to ponder...Why are thousands of Central American families suddenly heading north? Why are they really moving away from their low-lying lands that are On a narrow strip of land between two oceans?
