Jewish people do not get cremated.
If they do this, they are hiding her actual date of passing as a burial would be so obvious.

In fact Orthodox are not even supposed to participate in a corrupt (non-Talmudic) justice system, and certainly not as a judge. But "Reform Jews"? There's no restriction on what they do. It has little to do with Jewish law. Sure they can be cremated.
