OK, I'll bite. If she is dead then who gave the vote supporting the blocking of the requirement of admission priveledges for abortions in Louisianna? That was a 5-4 decision from the supreme court. If, If she is dead and thus we should assume incapable of making a major decision for the supreme court who did the decision? Who is going along with it? As I understand the judges must confer together when reaching a decision and debate it. Wouldn't that mean that your new glorious "conservative" judges are covering this fact? And that they knowingly participated in overturning a democratically chosen requirement against through willful fraud?
Quoting: Saskafrass 76174273 I was with the understanding that the democrats said she was going to write in her remarks/vote from home after looking into the information, as she was still recovering from surgery. Not that I believe any of it, but I think that was what I always assumed was the excuse they were giving for her not to be there. All the judges should visit her and have a conversation with her if possible. If not possible, she needs to be impeached for incompetence and inability to do the job she's paid for. She can retire on a nice federal pension. Wish we all could.
