Well it's working for me for a spot on my chest that I've had for over 10 years

CBD by itself does nothing for my pain. I could barely sleep more than a few hours at a time and slept around 5 hours a day for years until I started taking 2 things.

Curcumin, 3000 grams a day, with pepper extract. When I added the pepper extract, my feet swelling reduced to the point of wearing shoes again.

And for sleeping well. CBD BALANCE. That was original name that disappeared, but basically a tincture of 1: 1 (equal parts CBD THC) And THC is the cancer cure, though CBD is very good too. THC is too strong for me, but 20% or higher, very high THC is the cure that Rick Simpson promotes.

I take an even balance of both with higher THC value. And have to take 1/6-1/4 of the recommended dose.

And sleep very well.

What does "full spectrum" mean?

whole plant meds are the best but they can be broken down/isolated and then given for more specific things

have you tried cbd and terpene mixes...they are learning that some of the pain relief is in the actual terpenes (the chemicals that make it smell and taste unique) which makes sense cause most cannabis concumers know that not all pot is the same, shit not all phenotypes in the same line produce the same effects...

I tried cbd oil but it doesen't help me with pain really. I've been getting a thc tincture from a cannabis shop over in WA and it seems to help me quite a bit better.
