I have read of good results with CBD oil. I have not tried it so I cannot judge anything from my own experience. I found pretty useful info on CBD oil here [link to beaverbud.com (secure)] . A couple of people I know have had success with CBD to treat depression

Yes. Just purchased a bottle of hemp oil, coffee, and honey.
Noticed upper back and hernia pain almost non existent within the first three days of use.
CBD worked just as good as prescription OxyContin for pain relief.

You're wasting your time and money on oil. For best results nothing is better than the full spectrum effects of quality cbd flower.

You know there's not only one extraction method right? There are many....

Smoking/Vaping the flower has the shortest duration effects, but an immediate onset....

Sublingual dosing affords longer duration effects, as does consuming orally (as an edible)...

cherry pie and bubba strains are supposed to be even and in the teens percentage wise for both cannabinoids

I eat a cuccuber, garlic clove, lime or lemon in my water, and a bowl of Frosted Wheats a day. Keeps things in tune. I've lived with anxiety, and pain all my life. I cant imagine life without some level of it honestly. I find comfort knowing that my health will prevail and carry me on despite my mental challenges. Got my Cheese CBD oil.
Tried it last night. Deep deep sleep. But didn't address the Night Terrors. Or maybe that was the cats having a party at 3 a.m.
Will try the Tangi in a couple of days to compare the effects.

The others seem to target bipolar symptoms. I don't have those, only sleep issues. But would be interesting to be a guinea pig and test them all.
