To those that don't get it, he can direct money and resources wherever he wants with a national emergency declaration. Regardless of what the bill said he couldn't do. The government stays open and he can ignore everything they thought they stopped him from doing.

That is not a good reason to sign 1000 pages of shit when it could ALL be done without signing even 1 page of shit.

He can't do shit if he can't stick to his guns.

So, can/will he deny Planned Parenthood any funds? Don't think so. Can/will he deny NPR any funds? Don't think so. And on and on and on.......

The bill was weak on funding for any projects other than crazy social justice reform spending, per usual. 1100 of the 1170 pages are required to be signed in order for the government to run. DHS Border Security was a tiny tiny portion of this annual funding bill-- that is why the government shutdown in the first place and will happen again if not signed.
