Do people understand the technique used here?

1) Random Person posts a prediction contrary to Conventional Wisdom (CW), based on his alleged anonymous sources (e.g. Uncle Intel).

2) If CW turns out to be wrong, Random Person acquires the status of Insider and gains a following of gullible people who then believe everything he posts.

3) If CW turns out to be correct, Random Person simply abandons that persona and posts again later as someone else, thereby initiating a new cycle.

In short, this is a sure-fire technique for attracting attention from credulous people.

I keep reading this veto proof bullshit. Know this, a veto proof bill is a real thing...IF both house and Senate pass (EACH) with 2/3rds majority. IF they did this it would be law. No signature from the President required.
