Is it true that December 2018 was the worst December since 1933 (Great Depression) for the Dow? Anyone know?

[ link to www.foxbusiness.com (secure)] so 1 1/2 months later.... we are fully recovered and almost at an all time high?  It's earnings season, and 70% of the reporting companies so far have beaten estimates. So the stock market goes up, as it should.
