This is President Trumps first National Emergencies Powers Act, it is within the constitution.
The National Emergencies Powers Act was applied before, over 50 times without challenge.
Obama Declared 13 National Emergencies, never challenged.
Rinos and demo rats want us to be concerned that it will be used in the future.
I will accept that, if it is within the constitution, it was used in the past.

This statement is basically him saying I have the legal right to do what I said I was going to do and no lawsuit can legally stop me because I the fucking president of the united states on a mandate of the people. So a good robust "signing statement". GWB did these a lot. They worked then, this should work now. Of course it will drag through court, but in the meantime, the Executive Branch is most unlikely to let inferior courts in the Judiciary Branch tell it what to do.
