There is an ongoing prolonged disturbance in the frequency of the Earth, called the Schumann Resonance, spiking as high as 67 Hz so far. UPDATE 6.50 AM greenw. Still going. The Schumann Resonance measures the low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. The planet has a normal steady frequency of 7.83 Hz. On January 31st, 2017, for the first time in recorded history, the Schumann Resonance spiked to frequencies of 36+ Hz. I've watched it long enough to know that people get agitated. It's not a solar storm as Candace implied on the 'Q' thread. There are high voltage lines and a substation 500 feet from me, on the other side of the ridge. Those lines come from a large hydro electric dam. Lots of water under this ridge, that substation sits on top of a big spring. It powers everything for 30 miles, all the way to the Smoky Mtns. and N. Carolina! They had to spend a lot of money on drainage. Back in the CB radio days, I talked to Venezuela with no power anything. Just a 1/4 wave antenna mounted to the brick chimney.
