10 year anniversary on GLP as AC-My gift of disclosure.. | |
Red Hot Chilean Pepe User ID: 77383975 Chile 02/17/2019 10:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Energy engineering is always key. This is just a wicked new tool. Clearly conserving heat is part of the problem but it can create other problems. Our President founded LEED so we have chops in building science. Single pane window retrofits will be our initial target market. We just want to make a cheap thin film that allows you to make a single pane act like a double pane. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77310667 It's clear you know what you are talking about. I once stood near a steel pipe with 400°C thermic fluid circulating with a small LPG heater. You could barely resist to be 5 meters away, the heat loss was inmense. Good insulation is key to reduce energy losses in industrial heat applications. All great truths begin as Blasphemies. G.B.S. GLP is like a diamond mine of information, in the sense that you have to shovel mountains of crap to find the diamonds, but it's still worth the pain. |

It will be installed like a regular thin film. Like the tint films out now but with R value Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77310667 I thought you were heading down that route. And I can basically comprehend what you were saying before and yes, Crowley summoned Lam and since then we have had greys. So it's a thin, clear, polymer of some sort that is, for lack of an engineering term 'intelligent'? I know some others working on that but if you have it, launch it. If you are not busy weaving your own magick, you are trapped in anothers spell. “It’s time you realized that you have something in you more powerful and miraculous than the things that affect you and make you dance like a puppet.” – Marcus Aurelius |

The alien computer had consciousness. A lot of balls in the air. We aren’t public yet. No one has got the material yet. But with nanotechnology you can use other materials as well. First film will be macro, not nano. How much of my friends know-how comes from his understanding of alien technology, non-alien classified tech and his own ingenuity is not clear to me. I will say this when he was in Albany at the nanotech center there he was showing folks who had just invented new equipment how to use it. That’s the thing people don’t get. You can know how to create an effect but if you don’t have tools and telemetry it doesn’t amount to useful knowledge. Just cocktail party talk. The tools we need exist but companies that have them don’t share and don’t play nice. A vipers nest. Technology would be much further along if it weren’t for our shitty finance capitalism. Just sucks. I know from experience. First career was 15 years on Wall Street. Then 8 years oil and gas. 6 years clean tech and energy efficiency. |

No, the amount of energy used to make the film is a minuscule amount compared to what is saved. That’s all priced into it right- the energy used to make it. If the price is too high to justify the savings than it’s a loser. Breakeven will be under two years. It will last forever. This story just reeks of bullshit. Meanwhile I'm struggling to create an account on GLP because they don't like my email provider. Maybe a more valid concern is why it's so hard to remain anonymous on a conspiracy website... Or online in general... Food for thought |

Think I'd this as a limited hangout. I could add more interesting details but will do so only in response to questions. Would have been better on ATS, but no ACs there. Haha. That crowd is more interested in this stuff. 10 years ago GLP to but now not so much! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77310667 The only way you can revolutionize insulation is to make aerogels cheaply and in volume. |
