I'd like to add that all crypto buyers should make sure their private keys are in their own possession.

I use a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet, and a Trezor.

Don't trust ANY exchanges to have your crypto assets available in their safekeeping. That's like trusting banks and bank deposit boxes.

Crypto exchanges trade DERIVATIVES 95% of the time, not actual crypto assets on the blockchain.

I don't even trust Coinbase, and moved all my holdings to my Ledger wallet at the end of January.

I can certainly see BTC going to multiple hundred thousand dollahs, though, within 10 years.
