Why do people fear DEATH? It is as much a part of life as being born. And you WILL die. Be certain of it.

Why do people fear DEATH? It is as much a part of life as being born. And you WILL die. Be certain of it.
Doom comes to all creatures.

Doom is the most important part of life next to being born.

From the moment you take your first breath you are set on an irrevocable path to your last.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to avoid doom.

Doom begins to follow you the moment you begin breathing.

Its sole purpose is to end that breathing forever.

It never rests...never sleeps...never stops...never tires...in its slow but relentless pursuit of your life.

You can run and run...doom walks...you can sprint and try to hide...doom stalks.

It knows where you hide...it knows where you go...it knows every aspect of your life.

Always planning for that one moment when you linger in one place for too long.

It could be when you are driving...sleeping...making love...fighting a war...going to work...getting married...having a baby...building a house.

Doom is there ready at all times...stopwatch in hand...waiting for your final second to tick.

And tick it will...there is no escaping it.

And then...no matter what you may be doing at that moment...doom WILL POUNCE and strike you down.

And just to make the point on how particular doom is with keeping its schedule of doom..

A few years ago a young man in India was just happily heading out to the fields to work.

The morning was fine...nothing harmful was anywhere near.

And then...SPLAT...a metorite that had been travelling for untold eons chose that moment to fall and it entered the top of his head and came out his ass.

He died on the spot. The second person ever to be killed in such a way.

Doom had planned well in advance.

So...dodge and weave and run as you may...your clock is ticking....ticking...ticking.

You dont know which second will be your last.

How the doom gets you in the end matters not.

What matters...is that...IT MOST CERTAINLY WILL.

Life is that irritating fraction of time squeezed in between to perfectly peaceful stretches of eternity we are forced against our will to endure.

A lack of an instinct for self-preservation is something nature selects against.
It's a one-way ticket to extinction.

Death's a mug's game.

People die because they believe that they have to die.

I won't fall into that trap.

Death is not a part of life. It is the extinguishment of it. I dont really fear it as much as I am fatalistically numb with despair to its inevitability. Why? I ask why not? I enjoy consciousness and I enjoy life. The only alternative is unconsciousness and non life. There is nothing to enjoy about that. The extinguishment of everyone and everything you love is pretty dreadful.

It's all a big joke until it's your turn. Fear is there because it's natural to fear. It's intentional and by design. Fear let's you know that something isn't right. Death is not your friend and you're innately wired to resist it, mentally, physically and spiritually.

There is an answer but the natural man has no desire for the truth of what that is.

You haven’t been paying attention. We’re getting closer and closer to achieving eternal life. Question is (if available in our lifetimes) do you want it?

1)It's a natural response to choose life and a smart one.

2)The body fears death and when you can't breathe for a couple of minutes or you are bleeding to death, your body panics. The thought of our demise reminds us of this and is unacceptable.

3)the thought of never seeing people we love again terrifies us.

4) fear of the unknown

Should I fear death, as being the Devil and all?

Great conquerors and kings identified themselves with the sun and utilized its impartial spirit to ensure the loyalty of their subjects. Countless religious ceremonies and monuments, cultural pageants, and seasonal festivals around the world can be traced back to the ancient worship of the sun or related to it through agriculture and fertility rites.

-The very second you try to think about 'non-existence' you've immediaely invalidated the concept because you must exist (be conscious, have conscious energy) in order to think about or contemplate anything. So how valid of a concept/theory can this actually be if the second you think about it you're negating it? It's literally impossible to imagine non-existence...

-Try to come up with a valid model for how the physical body (biological matter) can produce (be the source of) consciousness. If you can accomplish this you'd be the first ever to do so.

-Physical 'death' is only the opposite of physical 'birth'.... Neither experience creates nor extinguishes consciousness (conscious energy), because the physical body is not the source of it... Consciousness has to come first and be primary...

----

So you see, nothing 'dreadful' about it at all...
