Think about it...if someone posted something of an upper level security risk and this would be a site where something like that could happen...they would need instant deletion capabilities.

Typically, people don't post anything important enough to warrant an instant response to the information they post.

Lets say for instance, you posted instructions on something they didn't want released, your ass would be deleted within hours.
Both physically and electronically.
And the people that have that sort of information are certainly well versed immediate response they would elicit.

THUS, no postings of that sort of information.
Even a series of vague hints will be acted upon.
