Because it is illuminated from the upper side not only the west.The illumination is due to Nibiru.you can mot see all the west side because Nibirus light is stronger than the moon light. So you think the moon's illuminated because of nibiru? Wow man,just wow. So why can't we see it then if it's bright enough and close enough to light up the moon? Won't be holding my breath waiting for an intelligent answer since you think dirt and bugs on a webcam is really a giant planet that NO ONE actually sees.
