Example...if the Moon reflects SUN light would it be brighter in the day when the SUN is SHINING?

Explanation the Moon has its own light,during the day the shape in front of it or lets call it the door is preventing the moon to be seen as a whole thus crescent moon but in the Night when the moon is illuminated from beneath not from the west is due to Nibiru illuminating the lower part because of it is new position beneath the Moon,meanwhile the west side is not dark but the Light of the moon is less bright then Nibiru light thus dark.
