All joking aside, I knew a Jefferson Parish cop that had to deal with him when he came to NOLA. Him and Harry Lee back in the day were big buds. He'd do do training with JP and NOPD hand to hand stuff and it was ok , but soso for what they deal with. Big exception on one part though, he could teach people how to shoot. He was like zen with that shit and was good at teaching it. One guy I know said at one training session at 25 yards with a pistol he put 3 rds basically in the same hole.

Hate to disappoint but Segal is 6'3 4ish or so probably 270-290 now. If they squared up, he'd bitch slap Van Damme back to the 80's. I'm not a fan of either of them, but Segal has real world fighting skills no matter how outta shape he is.
