If your computer doesn't power then your power supply is bad. Lightning must have mutated to get around those pesky surge protectors To the nice person who wanted me to short the green wire to a ground that sounds dangerous. I was going to have my hair dyed next week but sounds like I could save that 80 and go looking like Mark Twain or Don Brown or maybe my favorite Einstein. I really just need to know if lightning takes out your computer and it acts like it has zero power is it worth attempting to take out the power supply or is there some reset button. It’s a Dell. Desktop. If I change out the power supply and still nothing what next? the wise shall shine brightly like the splendor of the firmament, and those who lead the many to justice shall be like the stars forever.
