Watch the making of it, it's an awesome success story of some young kids trying to live their dream of making movies. Seeing how the movie was made really made me appreciate the movie on a whole other level. Shoe string budget. Kinda like Napoleon Dynamite, but even more shoe string. Even the "black and white" filming was done for a very specific purpose that had nothing to do with being "artsy". Kinda like reading the book "The Disaster Artist" made me have a whole new understanding of why "The Room" was so interesting of a movie. The behind the scenes was more fucked up then the movie. |
