If it's your body then ask Jesus to bring down the stroghold. If you have anger or unforgivness that makes it harder(I've been there many times!) . Asking god to "forgive us and those that have hurt us" is a repenting prayer that shows we don't have the strength to overcome things ourselves, we admit we need help and ask for God to help others. I pray Jesus surrounds you and your building. God gave me the word "nexus" when I was praying for you and I felt it meant this was connected to your building, But I felt God's warmth cover it and cleanse it.
