There is lots of good advice on weston a price dot org (about lifetyle) and for diseases, I like earth clinic for ideas for home cures when bugs hit.

To me, every parent should read "Nutrition and Physcial Degeneration" by Weston Price, and/or Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions.

Hopefully the baby is breast fed and was a vaginal birth and hasn't yet been on antibiotics

If any of these things aren't true, they may want to right away think about populating that gut with good bacteria to create a strong immune system.

If lactation is no longer an option, there are recipes for home made formulas and I would find one, possibly made from raw goat or cow milk or if necessary, meat.

VACCINES ARE NOT SAFE. If you love this child, hug it's mom and thank her for doing what she can to love, protect and defend her child.

Clean water, healthy diet, exercise. Vaccines don’t work, never have.

If the child is white or Jewish, or probably also Asian, they don't need that shit. Maybe hispanics and blacks need the vaccines, not sure.

The alternative to vaccinating is not vaccinating. If the kid gets measles, spend a week out of school feeling shitty and get liftime immunity.

Let me clarify, I'm asking about alternatives, if any, such as supplements, vitamins, diet, etc. that would be beneficial.

You build up your immunity to flu by getting lots of sunlight (enough to tan) in the summer. In the winter take Cod Liver Oil to supplement the vitamin D that your body manufactures from sunlight. This used to be taught in schools.

Another good thing for avian borne flues is sauerkraut or kimchi.

Hang a bunches of garlic in high traffic areas of your house. Somehow garlic absorbs germs like flu.

If you get sick with flu or something, don't be miserable and suffer through it. Kill the fuck out of it. I haven't gotten flu in over 12 years but the last time I did, I brewed up a concoction of hoarhound herb, licorice root, and propolis and was over it in 12 hours.

If you catch a cold, as soon as you feel it coming on, take some oil of oregano. If you feel it coming on again about 6 hours later, take some more. There is no reason to suffer through flues and colds.... unless you want to sit at home all day watching Judge Judy and Jerry Springer... fuck that.

Vaccines cause disease, if they worked at all diseases would be eradicated by now. This is a 200 year old treatment that simply never worked. Look into Edward Jenner and his victims.

Go with vaccines that you have studied and made sure there is no mercury present.

Go with vaccines depending on the disease severity and only after you've made sure no mercury is present.

The purpose of a vaccine is to give you the disease your trying to vaccinate against. So therefore, you are giving yourself the disease on your terms. The problem arises from how they manufacturer the vaccines. Lots of side effects from the manufacturing process and what they add to the vaccination...

The alternative is to contract a full blown case of the disease. This is the best way in making anti-bodies to prevent from getting the disease in the future...

Case in point, I had the mumps, measles, and German measles; as a kid. I didn't die from any of the above diseases. I was quarantined and didn't go to school to infect others. Now I can't ever get the above disease in my lifetime ever again...

Adjuvants have to be present in the vaccine to spur a response from the immune system. This is how they are supposed to work in theory. It amazes me that people still believe these are safe and effective even after the admission that HHS has never tested any. In fact, not one doubleblind, unbiased study exists to prove they work at all. Most doctors don’t even have any idea of how they are supposed to work, because most doctors only spend an hour learning about them in medical school. If you are harmed by a vaccine you can not sue the manufacturer, a huge red flag.

Liposomal C I always get a "ho hum" response when I suggest Liposomal C, but I cannot recommend it enough. Basically, when you take any other preparation of vitamin C, your body can use about 2% to 12%. When taken in the liposomal preparation, your body will absorb over 85% (my estimate from reading and personal experience / testing).

This means that it has similar effectiveness to vitamin C delivered intravenously.

Several docs that use IV C have demonstrated that it can eliminate every know virus in 24 to 48 hours. My experience agrees with this data.

Liposomal C is cheap, readily available on ebay, amazon and in your local health food store.

However, a dash of Formaldehyde, Aluminium, Aborted Fetus, glyphosate, MSG is just fine. These are all yummy adjuvants treasured by the brain, the gut and the blood.

Never vaccinate and up your immune system! Forest animals don't get anything and don't die of these bogus diseases....

Don't vaccinate your pets AT ALL or they'll get cancer in about 5 years and will have other issues prior to....vaccines are bioweapons folks...
