Wow- as a property provider I now know my screening standards will escalutate to the moon. who will want to rent a quarter of a million dollar investment to anyone with a blemished credit score and a blemished rental History.- I wonder if the Girls up North in the Capitol building ever thought of that? Millions of not so perfect prospective tenants now will never get fair treatment. way to go- Kotec

When tenants are responsible for the damage they cause, pay rent on time, have assets that can be attached if necessary, and will not run to the government for help at every turn, I'll consider renting again.
