Have you ever been in a good mood, high energy etc, and then you hang around someone full of judgement of others and self hatred. They want you to be in the mud pit with them, so they keep making little stabs at you and if you reject the assault they just get nastier until you fall energetically.

This person believes they are enlightened, and I pointed out their behavior to them, also owning that I should not have let them bring my energy down.

They didn’t get it or own it of course, lol. Big waste of time. Took me a couple of days to recover from them. Yeah, I know, I should cut them off completely from my life. They keep pulling me in with requests for help or pleas that they are improving, and I am a nice person, so I help them or believe them, and then realize I took the bait yet again.
