Most professing Christians have no standards

They accept anything that is legal and socially acceptable, regardless of what the Scriptures state. Sins, such as abortion and homosexuality are regarded as sin by many professing Christians, but as these sins become more entrenched in social custom, the majority of professing Christians will embrace them. Most professing Christians embrace killing, if it is to their advantage (war and self-defense). Legal stealing is acceptable in Christian circles. Adultery (divorce and remarriage) is embraced in almost all churches. Sin is generalized from the pulpit and we never hear specific sins preached, not even abortion and homosexuality!
