The crown (prosecutor) is pushing ahead with the charges... even though I submitted video evidence proving who started the altercation. Here in the US they're going the "try to disqualify anyone who would fight back with a violence charge" route. They figure they can get conservative support for it. Most (97%) won't see it coming. the other 3% will be easily "managed."
