It was weird here last night. During the wind, we had power outages and then power surges. Lamps that were turned off were coming on on there own with a dull pulsing glow....

Dude, that was the mushrooms. Power doesn't work like that.

It was someone bad here gusts of 60 MPH. Lost power in Wesern PA for 3.5 hours. Shocked it was repaired at night, with wind still howling.

I check these every time there is bad weather. Theres an option on one of them where you can even see which hydro companies supply which areas. I remember checking the cali area during the fires to see if I could find any connections. Some websites even have hydro repair details and estimated repair times.

Everyone here also knows about calls for service websites? They are useful too. Just punch in calls for service and your city. Not everywhere has the services but most places do.

About 35 miles north of where I live.
