It also requires a background check for all gun sales. Tomorrow they are going to increase the potential wait time to up to 30 days - from 3 days with H.R. 1112. So someone who is in fear of their life or safety will have even less access to a means of self-defense. A handgun has always been considered the the great equalizer for women's safety. What if a muzzi gang starts enforcing sharia law in your neighborhood?
