There are powerful concepts and universal laws presented in the bible that have been severely misused by evil people for their own nefarious purposes. that doesn't make the concepts or the bible intrinsicly evil, any more than tv or money are intrinsicly evil.

That the bible uses universal truths and some beautiful truths to draw people in, does not make it less evil. In point of fact, this makes it even more evil.

The bible, by the very nature of its over-reaching teaching, is evil.

The bible, by the nature of how it links love to murder, butchery, depravity, oppression, slavery, and worse... is evil.

The bible portrays love as abuse and violence. The monster-god of the bible supposedly "loves" people, yet in practical application, this god-monster is brutal and violent and oppressive, as well as obsessively controlling and a spiritual rapist.

Rape is not love, yet the bible portrays rape as love.

Abuse is not love, yet the bible portrays it as such.

Yes, inherently, the bible is evil. It contains just enough truth to entrap people, and then it deviates from the truth so brutally that it should be frightening to anyone who isn't reading the bible with a deep desire to dismiss, ignore, or justify the evil in it.

Out of all the messages found in scriptures, Yeshua, metaphor or not, is the one message of unconditional Love, to turn the other cheek, forgiveness, and to Love your enemies, that we have. The Spirit of Love, Christos Consciousness, this is how we reach the next grade in Love, and reach that Love Channel that we receive deep inner connection from our Higher Selves and the Family, and guidance/help/direction, and are homeward bound.

Whether or not one chooses to follow a religion or not, this is true.

We have an Infinite Family watching over us, and our journey is one of progression, with this Universe being a Hologram, Infinite Inwards,school with endless space-time channels and densities.

There are no coincidences and everything in our lives is there for a reason, every person, every event. Our job is to wake up, and try to turn our weaknesses into strengths, to Love unconditionally, and to not chose the contentiousness, arguments or wars. The High Road found in the religions only if one is attending. All religions have to highways, one judgmental and reactive, Sharia Law type, the other Unconditional Love, Turn the Other Cheek, and Forgiveness of Self and Other. They are like the Masonic checkerboard Floor, black and white, the duality.

As a (somewhat) victim of religious bullshit, none of them have managed to convince me, 'their' way is THE way, and I deliberately endeavoured to learn the why's and wherefores of particular things based on some personal experiences.

It certain saps your energy when they think they can focus on your own personal points and magnify what they don't agree with, without giving nothing in return.

Most of them are selfish wastes of space only out for what is in their best interest in control and directed reverence towards themselves.

They lack selflessness and rarely care about the plight of all kinds of people, until it affects them, or there's something in it for them.
