It might be doable if you implement SCROG or SOG method. This shouldn’t affect the ‘canopy’ portion of your permit because it increases the growing square footage within that same square footage footprint, but you will need to check with legal on that. You will definitely need SCROG, SOG, or, at least, LST to get anywhere near that yield, and, of course, you need optimal growing conditions, genetics, etc. God forbid one plant gets powdery mildew or something and wipes out your whole crop, or you have to cull several square feet of that canopy. Make sure your Master Grower knows what he/she is doing, and any Master Grower should be able to answer your question (make a guesstimate when not accounting for unknown variables like wonky phenotypes) and should know what SCROG, SOG, and LST are. A MG might even employ topping or other methods, depending on the genetics.
