few people know that they changed the Doppler Radar displayed to the public to always operate in Precipitation mode which is less sensitive than Clear Air mode back in 2006. The spray program employees finally figured out that Chemtrails were showing up on Doppler and shut down the NWS Doppler Clear Air mode display.

The doppler images in the video were collected prior to the change ... most show chemtrails in clear air mode ... which means there was no precipitation in the area of the radar.

Just lithium and stuff.
