Factually untrue, actually. Disney is buying "20th Century Fox" the parent company, but the Fox News subsidiary is spinning off and remaining independent. Fox and Fox Business are NOT run by Disney nor are they going to be. Just get your facts right, man.

This "Fox Corporation" is a parent company set up for assets not bought by Disney, before they can spin off on their own (which incidentally is this month). Which means that none of those assets are controlled by Disney now, or in the past, or at any point in the future.
