They want to make sure they can cash in on this before turning it loose... World health organization has downgraded canabis and admits they were wrong about the drug....this happened in Jan
Then this was supposed to lead to some UN vote in March that would downgrade canabis internationally and take it off some binding 1961 convention treaty that regulates and controls drugs.....its a big deal because this would open up international trade for canabis and make it more of a commodity for the countries that have decriminalized and legalized.....
For some reason the USA and Japan asked for more time on voting for this so it won't be on the agenda for March....I'm thinking Trump isn't going to do anything prior to election in regards to this issue and will let states decide
