'Balance' - in Human terms - is the tolerable zone where Chaos (the heat of potential and realized energetic release) is in a harmonic disharmonic resonance with 'Order' (the colder, more crystalized stasis of potential energy)

Can't have 'Creation' , let alone 'Balance' without either working in relative harmonic disharmony.

One alone would dissolve every particle within all 'Creation' to a 'Chaotic' eternally burning plasma and the other would superfreeze all 'Creation' to an eternal static 'hell' of pure crystalized 'Order'.

Both are alone quite intolerable to the human mind and body.
