Even if low earth orbit was real, ISS was real and satellites were real, that doesn't prove the earth is a ball.
The existence of an area where we can supposedly float above the earth without the affects of gravity really doesn't make sense on a ball earth either.
So it is possible that low earth orbit exists.
But the earth is still flat.
