Air is moving due to difference in pressure caused by the vacuum cleaner. We have mass and acceleration, force.

Newton's third law applies to all of them and to gravity. That’s like saying when you spill a cup of water by turning it upside down there is an opposite reaction on the cup ? Water pulls on the earth as the earth pulls on it. Mass attracts mass with gravity.
