This fool was out thuggin', on probation for robbery, no less, breaking windows, and it required a helicopter to track his ass down. Here's what his Wikipedia entry has to say about him. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] Sacramento County court records show that Clark had a history of convictions for robbery, domestic abuse, and a prostitution-related offense. At the time of his death he was on probation for a 2014 robbery conviction.[10] A toxicology report also released by police found traces of cocaine, cannabis, and codeine in Clark's system. Codeine and hydrocodone were found in Clark’s urine. Multiple leaders in the community opined that Clark's criminal record was immaterial to his death. You're not gonna gain many supporters putting a criminal hoodrat like this out there as your poster child, especially when you start shutting down malls and scaring people with your antics like Clark's supporters, 80 of whom were arrested yesterday, by the way, have decided is going to be their new method of protest. You morons should just hope that they don't ever get you in their sights. They will kill you and then make up a reason that they feared for their lives and then put every bad thing you ever did on the internet in order justify it. When the police can't tell a cell phone from a gun and you don't see anything wrong with that, I see something wrong with you. The guy has a wikipedia entry? Really? Why do you people think that the police have the right to behave any different than you are I? They do not have special rights that we do not have. In fact they have less because they are under contract and have sworn an oath. When they just start shooting people willy nilly and are not even getting fined or fired, that should raise some red flags. Lethal force is supposed to be a last resort, not the first reaction. You are cheering for an aggressive criminal police state where we should all just expect to be killed if we don't tremble in fear and blindly obey the corporations hired goons. No wonder this country is going to hell. It is being enabled by little demons like you. |

LOTS of Malls closing in the US, and this one seems to be a good candidate to close also since it is one that the welfare class seems to prefer. MOST of the Malls that seem to be surviving are those that are located WAY out in the suburbs and hard to reach by public transit. Amazing dynamic isn't it? The malls that survive are the ones that are selling stuff to people who actually have MONEY!! (vs Welfare Checks) ... and where street criminals types have a hard time reaching. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71199239 District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced the decision Saturday, saying an investigation revealed the two police officers who gunned down Clark, 22, in his grandparents’ backyard last March had reason to believe their lives were at risk. Clark did not have a weapon, but the officers -- Terrence Mercadal and Jared Robinet -- said he was advancing toward them and they mistook the cellphone in his hand for a gun. Exactly! And what makes this even worse is that there are cities that payout blacks who literally shoot at police and in return get shot by a volley of police returning fire like the case of Korryn Gaines.
