I could take that 40k out and convert to cash..I'll have to pay myself back of course..but still what would happen if the market did crash? I'd still have my 40k..[youtube] |

Almost weekly for YEARS we see these types of threads and they almost never amount to anything. If and when it does most wont fall for a warning due to hundreds if not thousands screaming the sky is falling crap. “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. Your 50% left in 401k will get slaughtered in the market but very likely rise again eventually. The 50% cash is yours to do anything with. Suppose you simply held it and waited until the market bottomed out. Then repayed your loan in full with the 50% plus interest.... You just played a smart ass investing move. If it goes up your fucked out of those gains. I took a loan before Trump took the market to ATH. Kinda sad. Lol. But if it crashes again I'll pay it off. Unless it's the BIG ONE. Then cash out and move to the mountains |

DuckNCover User ID: 77414829 United States 03/05/2019 09:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, we have had a very long Bull Run. The market has been increasing, since the last meltdown... The problem is that the US Economy is very strong and the EU Economy is declining as well as China's economy. People will invest into flights of safety. That is Gold, Silver, and the US Economy... Notice that the US Fed has increased interest rates while the EU is still in negative territory. The EU is out of bullets to fight any instability in their Economy. So as the EU Economy tanks, I could see individual Countries breaking away from the EU like rats jumping off a sinking ship. That will drive the EU and a few European Countries into a very deep recession if not a depression. Since, the US Fed has increased interest rates, they have some ammo to use to fight against rising inflation. We will be the only player on the block that still has some kind of positive economy. This will last from a few months to a year, then it will eventually hit the USA and throw us into a recession... Timing is that EU and China will go into a deep recession first. When this happens, expect another 5%-10% gain on the US stock market, since foreign investments will flood into the USA markets and artificially prop it up. That is the time to get out, when foreign investors are propping up the market. Until then, stay in for a wild ride. No way to time the markets in it's drastic swings... |

Quoting: Random NiNe For the past couple of years guarantees are made of this manner on here which never transpire. It's fake news at it's best. There was a guy a year or so back guaranteeing that by now the Dow would be down to 6k or so. If you took investment advice on here you would be dead broke. Another thing...the market always has ups and downs. What I notice is when the market is in a down time there are threads galore how a 1930s type depression is imminent. Then when the market returns and gains past previous losses for record gains? This place is fucking crickets... purposefully ignored because it doesn't fit the end of world agenda. THATS how fake news works. I like GLP for certain things....but for investing/the market there is a bunch of fucking idiotic advice. |

RepublicofTexas User ID: 77421158 United States 03/05/2019 09:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What exactly have you paid? I mean that, what have you paid on behalf of your great grandparents to black people? If the best you can come up with is, “I feel bad for being white,” that is not payment. That is you getting into your feelings and trying to misalign the conversation so that it dead centers you and focuses on you and your feelings. Do I feel that white people should have to give me anything because of what their family members they never met may or may not have done? No. But I do think it’s only fair that white people stop intentionally trying to look for fine print and loopholes because they want to get out of treating black people with respect. You should be willing to acknowledge that being white is not the hardest job you’ve ever had. It’s the easiest. You need to accept that, for many of you, the things you try and pin on black people are EXACTLY the issues that you have not overcome yourselves. Black men want to steal and rape all the white women? White slave owners had been doing that to black women for years. Black men are more violent? But who has set things to more fire or killed more people than white men? Black people are getting hired without any qualifications? But who rises to the top in the company and “promotes from within” better than white people? Didn’t you give your mother, aunt and sister a job that they knew scratch about? You often don’t care that you live in the best neighborhoods, send your kids off to the best schools, and go to jail the least, even though you are far from nuns or saints. You think this is the way things are SUPPOSED to be. Whose expense is this coming at? Black and other people of color. That is the REAL zero sum game. Because they often live in shoddy neighborhoods, with the worst schools, and go to jail much more often, facing stiffer penalities. Jail, a for profit business, is “allowed” slavery in the 21st century. I mean, isn’t that right? What rights does an inmate have that the guards or wardens have to honor or respect? They can work the inmates as much as they want for as little as they want. It’s highly suspect to say that you shouldn’t have to be concerned with fixing a broken society when that society is working for white people in ways that it isn’t and never has worked for anyone else. Respect gets respect in return. I will never be ashamed of my skin color, or lack of. If you cannot handle it, find a place where you are camouflaged in the masses. I have a heritage too, and I will never be sorry for it. Make America Strong Again Make America Sexy Again I'm fukken this monkey, you just shut up and hold the tail." |

Quoting: Jesse Livermore 75572505 It wont recover for multiple years and perhaps decades. I can not share a link or my source but it will become apparent this week and accelerate next. Be careful out there. I am 6 foot 3. So I think I kind of qualify to answer this question. Do I feel that dating women comes easy to me? Not so much dating women as much as gaining attention from them. There’s a difference. It is no secret that most women, I don’t care what they say, prefer taller men. Their preference for taller men isn’t natural, it’s more cultural, and less evolutionary. For a man to be tall is like winning a small lottery. Not quite the megamillions, more like a scratch off that you can get at a gas station. Height for men, in terms of attractiveness, is similar to women having a large bust. I think a large portion of women are very shallow when it comes to a man who is not only tall but is also good looking. They will ignore a tall man’s arrogance but they wouldn’t do the same for a short man’s hostility. By no means am I bragging on myself, but I do believe that I am handsome, this is an advantage I would not want to trade away like Esau trading away his birthright to his brother Jacob. Who really wants to be less attractive? Maybe flashing bulbs and people bum rushing you aren’t your thing, I completely understand that, but being tall and handsome makes life easier. And, of course, just about all of us wants life on the easier setting. Back to what I was saying about tallness, you are admired for being tall. People like to guess your height. Ask you if you played sports. They like to stand next to you. Tell you how “lucky” you are. Ask you to reach the tops of shelves. That sort of attention can make a man feel good. Better, in some cases. But just because you are tall does not mean that you will have functional relationships with women. When you have physical or monetary advantages, it’s harder to know who likes you for you. And not just what you can provide for them. People care less about your personality and more about your advantage. What do I feel about the struggles of short men? I used to be short so I know right where short men shoot from when they complain that they are being rejected because of their heights. They aren’t completely right. Some of it is their response, their attitude, about their heights that turn women off. And yeah, some of it is the fact that there are a lot of women out there who do not want to be anything more than “friends” with a short guy, which, really, is quite insulting. It’s not easy knowing that when you have a “disadvantage,” as it were, like being a person of color, a woman, or a short person, people are more dismissive of your questions and concerns. So it’s a cycle that just builds upon itself. What short men can do, I’d suggest, is to develop themselves as people. Learn a hobby. Sell things on Ebay, do SOMETHING that gets them out of their own heads. Work on their personalities and be more genuine than the next guy. Yes, it’s very tiring to have to outwork or outhustle people with your personality. But that is what you must do. There's a metaphor in here somewhere relating to the stock market crash. doglikeRoRuctions |

Any money that is printed has to be backed by either a security or with hard assets otherwise it's considered junk... |
