My personal account is already down 40%.
DOW and others are just for show.
And they've been saving this FED thing up for a critical moment.

The 2 weeks is still on. There was a delay.

Not an analogy but an actual event:

I'm looking for a place to buy silver coins that isn't a rip off. Not as easy as it seems. Find one in a ritzy part of town. He's got a showroom with a few cases but not a lot displayed. More like a jeweler.

We spent an hour chatting. He said that if anyone wanted to sell a small collection of rare coins that he would have to get them graded. And that takes about 4-6 weeks. So that's someone holding YOUR valuable coins for 4-6 weeks and no telling if they would go out of business during that time. I'm like WTF? but the idea that they confiscate them?

So moral of the story, go to a pawn shop. I always thought pawn shops were seedy, not all are. Pawn shops are like banks for things other than cash. All new to me.

if you are down 40% in this market, i would suggest you do the opposite of whatever the hell you are doing.

Many of them are up a lot from December's lows.

Did you properly look into their potential and if they were over valued or under valued? Are your stocks showing revenue growth from quarter to quarter?

Weeds, Inc (OTCPK:BUDZ) was a classic example of hype and at the same time being over valued. Look at the last year's chart. Classic bear flag. If they continue to loose money, expect that stock to drop to .10, eventually possibly being bought out for pennies on the dollar or going bankrupt.

I wouldn't touch a stock like that simply because of their weak revenues. In fact, they are loosing money each quarter, not even trending towards breaking even.

Tilray is another classic super over valued stock. They have yet to make a profit, but yet, the market cap is hovering over 6.5 billion! I watched that stock go into an epic pump n dump last September, shot up to a peak of $300 and plunged down to $120 in the same day. If I remember, the stock was halted for short time to slow it down.

I tend to go for under valued stocks that have high potential with increasing revenues each quarter. Some are slow and steady, some spike up on hype, then travel down to a trend support line. Loot them on a spike, buy back in on the trend lines. Simple.

OP was on to something because when he said it would start coming down, IT DID, right on que.

But, it totally reversed and it is obvious to anyone watching that the plunge protection team aka FED plowed money into the markets.

Now, if he had said 'the bond markets are going to crash' He would have been absolutely SPOT ON.

At the very moment that he said that, bonds began crashing and uncoupling completely from the S&P. It had already uncoupled, but when he made the post, it fell sharply and never looked back.

what does this mean? Anyone following this subject knows exactly what it means and there is NO argument.

The bond market isn't going for the FED headfake! The bond market is showing where the TRUE economy is going!

at the peak in March was when he made the prediction. Then...it cascaded. S&P also began to drop, but then it got saved by funny money.

The markets will have a huge correction and it likely will be a crash of at least 25% before January. It could go much further. He said 9 months for a severe crash.

at the end of December, U.S. treasuries decoupled from S&P . When the end of year crash happened, treasuries continued down.

I have a friend that was in high finance with 300 employees, very successful, now retired. For several years he and I have discussed the coming reset. He always responded the same. "Watch the bond markets".

I'm now paying attention.

Stock Market and math just isn't my thing. But it's all new to me. I consider it gambling, and someone is winning and someone is losing. It's no longer about investing in company growth. Too many scammers. I don't have the patience. Wishing for a big sleepy bear that wakes up in 10 years with profits. Thanks for asking tho.

yeah. there are very faint signs that there is something underlying. very well concealed, which would take some power.

the blue is treasury notes.

he put arrows at the end to show his predicted inversion which also occurred in 08 and 01.

look at the graph and see how treasuries decoupled from stocks and fell as the markets rose. When they reversed, we were in a deep recession (08). It also occurred in 2001 as shown in the graph.

it really looks like historical cycles are about to repeat.

One airlines has cancelled their order on 737 Max. So Boeing is losing money, for now anyway.

Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon all the execs can take the money and run. Others will follow. Dominos. Just like the Great Depression started.

hell it was under 7000 TOTAL in 2008 and we didn't all die, did we? now it's nearly 4 times that much, and will be, soon.

Some of these people on here sound like stock hype chasers. They look at a spike of a penny stock, get caught up in the fervor and buy at or near the peak. Then hold bags for a couple of weeks and eventually sell at a loss. Or maybe they just want everyone to suffer since they are miserable and see no way out of that misery other than doom. LOL

Since the end of December 2018, my stock portfolio is up nearly 60% and climbing fast.

I really don't know what cannabis stocks Miss Cleo invested in, but they must have been some bake n shake pump n dumps. Or perhaps she bought blindly not looking at a companies growth plan. Often times a company, when expanding, is diluting their stock, sometimes issuing debentures, etc., to finance acquisitions. As they do this, the stock prices stay suppressed until positive revenues start emerging.

A couple hours of research can determine which companies hold viable high growth potential down the road. Not to mention when a good time to buy in will present itself.

Cannabis is just one emerging high growth sector.

Another sector I'm looking to invest in down the road; graphene, graphite battery technology and overall energy storage (there are many emerging industrial scaled technologies). As the world switches over from fossil fuels to renewables, the battery sector is going to experience exponential growth into the foreseeable future.

How in the hell does someone loose 1/2 their net worth in the market today? Everything is automated, including buy/sell orders.

I only put in the market what I'm willing to loose. Which isn't going to hurt me financially if I indeed did lose it. However, with well planned trailing stop loss triggers, I doubt I'll lose that much.

ORGANIGRAM HOLDINGS, INC., OTCQX: OGRMF limit set this one for $3.80 (may adjust the price accordingly once the stock drops in price) mid April after the debenture conversion profiteers run their course. BTW, Just took my profits on this one at $6.78 from an averaged buy-in at $4.46

SUPREME CANNABIS CO INC., OTCQX:SPRWF limit set for this one at $1.45 as the price momentum is running low, launch of new product and corporate market expansion will stress stock price to support level. Looking for a mid to late April buy-in. No buy-in yet. But if you're interested, Order set for 5k shares.

I currently have 5 active stocks that are climbing in value, despite the overall markets being flat.

I'm not a rabid day trader. I typically buy between 5k and 25k shares per position. I never put all my eggs in one basket. Or blindly throw darts at a board to pick stocks. I hope this makes you happy. LOL
