It would be nice for a change if there was no recession in 2019 because it would be the first time in my lifetime that a year ending in 9 isn't makred by recession.

My guess is that people get naturally tired after 10 years of non-stop work and by the time it's the end of the decade, they are just exhausted, and the economy naturally slows down because of that.
